Homewood Health provides programs and services to active members and their dependents and retirees. Assistance includes counselling, financial coaching, legal advisory services, relationship solutions, elder and family care, childcare and parenting, nutritional coaching, smoking cessation, pre-retirement planning, and many other programs.
LifeSpeak
LifeSpeak is an entirely unique and fully bilingual digital wellness platform that gives access to North America’s leading experts in mental health, physical wellness, financial health, family relationships and professional skills development. LifeSpeak provides access to approximately 500 expert-led video trainings, audio podcasts and tip sheets. The app is ready to download or access through desktop.
